You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LeadStal. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Our free lead-finding tools are provided at no cost. Paid plans unlock higher-volume email campaigns and additional features as described on our pricing page.

You agree to use LeadStal only for lawful B2B outreach and to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws. You must not use LeadStal to send unsolicited bulk email in violation of those laws, to harass, or to distribute malicious content.

You are solely responsible for the content of your campaigns and for obtaining any consents required to contact the leads you collect.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. One-time credit packs never expire and are non-refundable once used.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Applicable taxes may be added.

You retain ownership of the leads and content you create or import. You grant LeadStal a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

LeadStal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data, or specific results from your campaigns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadStal will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

LeadStal is operated from Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where you use LeadStal from the EU/EEA, UK, United States or China, you remain responsible for complying with the data-protection and anti-spam laws that apply to your outreach.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of LeadStal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
