I was referred to Integricom by a business associate. I checked out reviews and saw they were excellent. I made an appointment with Joel, the owner, and he came out to my 3 story home/office to give me a quote to install a network that included 5 interior and 2 outdoor access points, a switch, a new modem and router. They also gave me a quote to run cat6 to each AP, which I chose to have an electrician do for about 1/3 the price. I accepted Integicom’s quote of around $6000 for equipment and set up. They ordered the equipment and “programmed” it at their office and had me pick up and mount the APs prior to them coming and setting it all up at my house. They came a few days later and spent a few hours configuring and he left saying it was all good. Next day the internet was not stable and we had speeds peaking in the 30-50mbps. We have 1gig through our isp. We went out of town for a week and couldn’t access our ring cameras. I called and they made some adjustments and it worked again. When we came home, same thing again. Super slow speeds to the point we couldn’t stream Netflix. Multiple calls talking to the guy that installed it and it would work, then it wouldn’t. A few more weeks of problems went by and I got a bill for over $1000 for the hourly service tickets that had accumulated and it still wasn’t stable. I called and the receptionist that answered the phone said she would talk to the owners when they got back in town from vacation and see what they would do about that bill. A few more weeks of up and down internet and they figured out from Plasma Cloud there was an issue with their APs and they needed to be updated. By this time I got a second bill for almost $1200 more, again for service tickets. I called and spoke to the owner’s wife, who “did me a favor” and knocked the bill down to half. She explained that it wasn’t their fault there was an issue with the AP’s that they provided. Shouldn’t it at least work correctly at some point before I start getting charged? After threatening me with collections, I told them I would pay the 50% and that that would be the last interaction we would have. I asked for all the logins and passwords, to which they said there were none. I have no way of manipulating the equipment that they sold me. Now here I am a year later, after limping through last year, and the modem and switch they provided quit working and I had another company come to try to fix it. They explained to me Integricom’s placement of the AP’s is completely wrong. They were apologizing to me for what they were seeing. The APs are by Plasma cloud, the Arris modem is a Walmart modem and the Cisco 8 port POE switch didn’t have even close to enough power to run POE to 7 AP’s. The new company did a survey of my property inside and outside to determine placement of APs. Integracom just walked around and pointed and said, “put one here and here.” Integricom even placed one on an entertainment center pointing up at another AP that was on the ceiling, which I now understand is completely stupid. Now I have a knowledgeable company that installed new quality equipment that can be managed remotely running in my house, which is all I asked for in the first place. I now get speeds throughout my house between 600-800mbps. Beware of a company that has Integrity as part of their name. If they have to put it as part of their name, I would be cautious.
