this company took my new brand new gas cylinder and gave a dirty one, and overtime its become the dirties one now, the cylinder is smelly and dirty, and have red colure they color the red one in to yellow, the lady answering the phone is now showing attitude, i told them to take it to wash it or bring another one, now she is telling your one was a little good then then, don't buy gas from them these are fraud and cheater's. may be they are selling your new cylinder and giving you the dirtiest old dirty, smelly and have rust in bottom.

Bad experience, am using them since May 2022 Until today Sept 2024 every time they change the price each time they change gas for me and I never said anything and I just accept Today this month they came and said my cylinder need to be new and I told them that I purchased new one in 2022 and I never complained about giving me a dirt or old cylinder since they take and give another one. Basically they tried to charge me for a new cylinder refused to replace this one which given by them last month... I really advise everyone to use other companies services and make sure to take a picture of your own cylinder, my experience was very bad and when they talk to me they kept saying it's company rule that's all, they didn't even care about being a customer with them since that date. Careful from their scams & frauds. Good luck everyone.

Faihaa Gas is the worst! They gave us an expired gas cylinder and made us buy another one.Now, I deal with Wakrah Gas, and they are the best! I highly recommend them.Don't think that by deceiving people, you will gain anything. No, you will lose both business and customers. Remember my words when dealing with people, and I will keep saying saying: Hasbuna Allah wa ni‘mal wakeel
