I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team for the installation of our new wood floors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The workmanship was simply amazing, reflecting their commitment to quality and attention to detail. Even after the installation was complete, we had some questions about our crown molding. The team was more than willing to come back out to address our concerns and provided thoughtful solutions to ensure we were completely satisfied. I just want to add they matched up our existing wood floor stain perfectly! Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I am thrilled with our new floors. If you're considering a flooring project, I wholeheartedly recommend this team for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction!
We recently had All American Flooring replace the 70 year old crumbling floor tiles in our entry. The installer was marvelous, arriving exactly when he said he would, did a great job, cleaned up the space well and was conscientious of keeping dirt and dust away from the floors and carpet in other rooms. Communication was great. We are very pleased with how it turned out.
Honestly, the only reason they’re getting even two stars is because everyone who works here is nice. This was a disaster from start to middle. Can’t say finished because I’m currently having to redo a lot of what they tore up. When they first showed up, the two man crew was done in about 6-7 hrs and that had me suspicious. Well, it was awful. Nothing was leveled, nothing was cut right. They put holes in my walls, got a black substance all over my walls that doesn’t come off and I’m having to paint over, and damaged my baseboards beyond repair, but tried to hide it with caulk, then charged me for two bags of concrete they didn’t pour, and stood in our kitchen until we would fill out a customer service review. They randomly added caulk in some places and not others, left gaps so that when we put our furniture on the floor it just split. I actually started crying when I saw it. I immediately sent pictures to my customer service rep, who was very sympathetic and willing to fix it. They send a nice project manager over to gauge the issues and he says that other than a few things, it’s not too bad. Mind you, the entire floor popped and gave with every step. He says it’s a full redo and they’ll get back to me. Crickets. So I start calling. I’ve been pretty nice up until this point but I’ve missed work dealing with this nonsense and now, I’m over it. I call and no one has communicated so I’m over it. They finally do come and have to redo the whole floor which is now a two-day project because they had to level the floor like the first guys didn’t. And to add insult to injury, they threw their concrete water on my bushes because why not. The floor looks beautiful now. But I’m in my garage after spending hundreds on new baseboards that I’m installing myself and paint to cover up their mess and using all my sick days to deal with this crap. Can they do good work? Yes. But it’s apparently a crapshoot based on the crew, so keep that in mind. I was so excited to get my ugly carpet out but now I’m regretting the whole thing. Edited to add- their second job is now already having issues. They didn’t secure any transition pieces; they just shoved them in between the tile and floor. And they stopped returning my calls. Edited again: well got to go down to one because of the last guy I got to deal with. Essentially made it seem as though everything his employees offered to rectify this situation was either my misunderstanding or just laughed at me. That was fun. Still sitting here with a floor that pops up because the transition pieces were installed incorrectly. Told him about the transition pieces, he didn’t offer to send a tech even though it’s under warranty. Can’t touch it because it voids the warranty. Hiring this company is by far the biggest regret I have.
