I called in after receiving my new auto insurance premiums from my current insurance carrier because I was beside myself that removing a family member from my policy would cause a 57% increase! I was able to speak with Jack Webster, and after explaining my situation and also that my current auto policy expired in a few days, he asked for the necessary information to quote me. I also shared my coverage on my current policy. He did not act salesman “ish” or uninterested and was very helpful explaining my current coverage and then offering his expert advice based on my current lifestyle explained and put together what seemed like a much more “ balanced” amount of coverage and also one that was more fitting of my day to day life. I felt so comfortable with him that I asked him to please quote me a homeowner’s policy as well. So, about an hour later I was all in with Allstate. I cancelled the remaining time left on my other homeowner’s policy and gave Jack and Allstate all of my business regarding my insurance needs. It wasn’t tedious, it wasn’t time consuming and it saved me money. Jack gets an A++++ from me. Definitely recommend.
