Jeffrey Schott, Laura Petty & Saydee Phe are all phenomenal. Saydee was a delight to speak with on the phone, very polite, communicative, pleasant, and competent. Laura was very detail oriented, kind, and well paced in helping me navigate my interaction. And finally, Jeffrey Schott was very helpful, insightful, and informative for me. Well to start off, this law firm was the first firm I called (after calling about a dozen others) that didn't feel like I was entering a used car buying experience.. From the receptionist taking my very detailed case down with great patience and grace ( I did not feel rushed at all), to the lawyer ( I feel bad I forget his name but I believe it was Rob), it was the most supportive experience seeking law advice I have ever gotten. Rob talked to me for over an hour for free. For free. He was a total straight shooter and wasn't trying to wrap his knowledge up into a bait and sale pitch. Rob explained all of my options. He went through and told me about all of the options and paths his firm could take to help remedy my situation AND also told me in detail, how I could take some or all of the steps myself to help alleviate some of the price of what my case would cost. Rob's honesty for telling me very straight forward what the ballpark cost of the firm's services would be is most appreciated. Zero sugar coating and it made me feel like I wasn't entering into an endless paying agreement. The other firms I called wanted money to even talk to a lawyer, without even considering or hearing the uniqueness of my situation. Those firms left me feeling like I was entering into a series of endless pay walls. While the estimate of the services Rob gave me wasn't cheap, him being able to itemize each thing the firm would have to do for my case gave me all the explanation for the costs I needed. His explanation was very thorough and really just showcased his knowledge and expertise to me. I definitely felt like this firm was the way to go before hanging up with my hour long call with Rob. The staff is so welcoming and friendly I had my initial call with Ayanna who is absolutely the friendliest person made me feel very open and actually heard. Attorney Schott actually showed genuine understanding and concern offered amazing advice and services. Would HIGHLY recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal services.
