Atulya Weddings and Events

We chose Atulya events to do the event management for our recent wedding in Bangalore. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the decor, guest management (logistics) and finding the best DJ and MC for our Sangeet! The entire team led by Mrs. Vidya were enthusiastic despite the lack of sleep from working day and night to get things done. Everything turned out better than what we wanted. A big big thank you to the entire team for making our wedding a memorable one ! ♥️

It is an absolute pleasure to write this review for Atulya - a family (not just a team) of committed professionals led by their founder manager, Vidhya. This is going to be a lengthy review so I beg the reader’s indulgence. Our daughter Shwetha’ wedding was slated for mid-Nov 2023 and we first contacted Vidhya in April 2023. Right from that first interaction (we live in Dubai so all our meetings were via Zoom) we felt very impressed - she had a very calm and reassuring demeanour, exuding an air of quiet confidence. Our going into every little granular detail during planning of the wedding was met with provision of rational solutions and alternatives without ever getting frustrated, regardless of our repetitive probing and questioning - and a trademark quiet and reassuring response from Vidhya as well as her team. We had planned some outdoor events during the 3 days in Radisson Blu Temple Bay resort. As it was the monsoon season, Vidhya and her team offered a Plan B alternative for each event in case it rained. Needless to say, come crunch time - their team worked with military precision and it was Plan B that had to be implemented as the weather forecast played soil-sport. We were absolutely impressed with the decor options that they offered for each event - it was their simple but elegant choices which kind of attracted us towards Atulya in the first place. Their coordination with the bride’ color palette and suggestions eventually worked like magic and made each event absolutely wonderful and memorable. Come the day before D day, Vidhya was there with her team to welcome our families and from then on it was sheer magic - the way the team arranged / allocated rooms for guests helping them with all kind of requests; changing/turning around the decorations for the next event in record time; arranging stuff so efficiently despite last minute change of plans/requests from us; being there in person in our sight all the time quietly reassuring us; sorting out a last minute mix-up by the DJ; helping with local tours for our international guests - the list is endless! The highlight of the whole thing was the entire Atulya team in cahoots with us planning & executing a surprise flash mob dance - which the bride & groom had no clue about despite their being involved in several zoom calls with Atulya’ team! All we can say is - Atulya = professional, punctual, quiet, confident, precise, affectionate and caring. Can’t get a better wedding planner/event manager. They took care of business so that we could just get on and enjoy the wedding celebrations unfettered! Vidhya, Keshini, Aravind, Prabha, Varshita, Narasimhan et al have now become good friends and part of our families. Can’t thank them enough for a job done amazingly well! Love you guys! ❤️

The team at Atulya is very enthusiastic, detail-oriented and professional. Right from the planning stage to execution, the team was on top of everything. Special thanks to the ceremonies and hospitality team on the day of the events. There were no gaps or pauses during the ceremonies while ensuring that each and every guest was taken care of. Several guests had special requirements in terms of diet and mobility. All these requests and their health were taken care of in a very personal way. The communication was excellent. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Importantly, the families involved felt very supported by AWE. Every small request or unforeseen issue was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend AWE for all future events. Kudos to the team for yet another phenomenal performance!
