Absolute legends. One of my tyres blew on my way to work, which of course then meant I ruined my tracking driving it on a flat. I called them up from work, they came out within half an hour. Had a look to see if anything could be patched first, before taking it away, fixing it and returning it to work for me within hours. Jan on the phone was lovely and kept me updated and the lad who came out was friendly and kind. Impressed with the price for that level of service. They're not local to me, but I will now use them for anything I need again. Genuinely blown away by their service and will highly recommend them.

People beware!! I have used this company a few times now for things like tyres and MOT's & they have been fine, helped out when I was in need. However, This issue has been ongoing for the last 4 months & now it may be resolved I was presented with this on the collection of my vehicle. My car has had an issue with the steering which they were asked to assist with. After a couple of days they told me it was all sorted & it would cost me just under £1,400.00 for parts & labour. Hooray I thought all sorted. Within 48 hours the sound was back and 10x worse, spoke to them & they said bring it in & get it looked at, when I was in there handing over the vehicle keys it was "joked" about my driving & running the car badly, I live in somerset, there not a day goes by where I'm not behind a tractor or roadworks so you'll be lucky to hit 60MPH. I left it with them & after a few more days I got the call to say it was all fixed, there was a leak after they repaired everything. Had a little reservation about how quickly it went back to how it was before but I was assured it would be all ok now as the problem had been rectified. 2 & 1/2 months passed & bam!! the sound was back & worse then the last times. I ring them & was told the main guy who I was dealing with Andrew was on holiday until Thursday, he'll give me a call back when he's back in work to see what's wrong & if it's even safe to drive. So I waited & nothing!! I was lucky I used my head and asked for it to be booked in at the earliest time possible as I was informed they had a good 2 week wait for any works to be done. So I hire a car as the curtesy car they offer is a health hazard waiting to happen!! dirty, smelly, broken windows & no fuel! I take it there on the 9th October 2023 at 9:30, then nothing for over 1 & 1/2 weeks, until I get a call stating they have seen what the problem is & need to order new parts & then wait again as they need a week & 1/2 for a slot to be available to do the work AND its not safe to drive!! So its left there until I have to call them on Thursday 9th Nov & ask for an update as I have heard nothing from them since the phone call. Their reply " oh what perfect timing as the work has just been finished on it, been road tested and everything seems fine & I can collect it when I'm ready". So I go down there this Saturday to pick it up & hear about the issues with car parts. They gave me the key back and off i go, well i had to find my car as they didn't tell me where it was. Eventually found it & opened the door I was hit with a god awful smell! thinking to myself what the hell is that i get in (after removing the seat cover) and close the door, look to my left and there is the biggest spiders web covering half of the dash and front passenger door. so I clear that away and start to worry as to how long it has actually been sitting here!! I then turn the ignition on and find out the front windscreen is iced and the inside has a lot of condensation on, not something I would expect if it had just had a road test to make sure the parts were all ok and it was ready to be handed over!! i then put on my seatbelt and as you do looking as to where to put it i notice the MOULD!!!!! on the seat belt!!!! i look in horror and then check the other seatbelt and what do you know MORE MOULD!!! so i wait for the windscreen to melt and dry off and head to work as i was already late! when I take the car home and give it a full check over I notice the boot is soaking wet and a huge amount of mould has grown in the boot of the car!!! I'm not even wanting to take it back to this company now as i have just had enough!! i have no idea how IF the car was sorted out on Thursday how the mould and cobwebs etc were there and the amount of things happened in such a short amount of time and there was no acknowledgement of this when i collected my vehicle!! The only good thing, they didn't charge me for the rework or labour which is ironic as I now need to pay out to get it professionally cleaned. Fed up is an understatement

I've been told by multiple people not to come here and I wish we had listened. We were given a guide price to get our vehicle through the mot, we specifically asked to be kept updated on the price apparently this is too difficult to do. Despite every other garage we've used in the past having done so. It ended up being double their guide price, and the work was carried out without the price being communicated to us first.
