Bé + Quartier de vie + Fitness (gym)

Excellent gym. I tried many around my area in Duvernay before deciding and this was my favourite ones. It is clean, organized, the machines are well-maintained and there is a variety of machines. The washroom is impeccable. There is also a sauna in the washroom. Place has a great ambiance, price is fair for the service. The trainers there and people who work there are always willing to help if you have questions about machines to use. They are cordial and kind. I recommend this gym very much. You will not regret it. It is a great place!

Perfect gym, been going here for a few years now. Really clean, not too crowded, staff are nice and friendly. Just wish the opening hours were a bit longer for weekends

By far the best and most welcoming gym in Laval! The staff is always supportive and creating a positive atmosphere. The equipment is well-maintained and caters to all fitness levels. I also appreciate the variety of classes offered. The gym is always clean and organized. The new lounge area is so cozy and really makes it a gym de Quartier. Highly recommend!
