I was dealing with an ICBC claim, and never heard anything back from the lawyers after they gave my statement in. I called the office many times and told them please follow up with the adjuster but they would keep telling me they haven’t heard back and the process could take a long time. As soon as I decided to drop them from my case months later I contacted ICBC myself, and was able to get ahold of the adjuster and proceed. Now all I wanted them to do on my behalf was to speed up the process and get ahold of the adjuster so I can have some sort of answer on my claims status.
