Fantastic service. Great communication throughout from the time of parcel pickup to delivery & there's an option that u can even track ur shipment/driver on route. I found it extremely helpful and then they even give you a quick text reminder when they were about 15mins away. That way ur not stuck home all day wondering when ur delivery is coming. This was the Fastest delivery service I've ever used. It will be my go to from now on. You Don't have to worry about Canada Post & strikes they can't be relied on lately &:even when they do deliver it's Never as fast as Flashbird and the updates+ text they send are just a superior service. My parcel arrived in perfect condition, the driver presented well, in clean attire, friendly fast service. Also did I mention it was same-day delivery in the GTA. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I was very pleased with the exceptional performance of the shipping service. Although the initial delivery was scheduled for the following day and was successfully attempted, I was unfortunately unavailable to receive the package. Therefore, I contacted the delivery person directly by phone to inquire about rescheduling or potentially changing the delivery address. Following this, day day after i requested a rescheduled delivery to a different address via email,quick response and I was delighted that the delivery was completed within twelve minutes of my request.
