once i came here to get a haircut, they sat me down, didn’t wash my hair because they didn’t have “enough time”, proceded to give me the most hideous haircut i have ever gotten in my entire life, charged me 65$, and when i sent an email to complain about my experience and request a refund, they completetly ignored me. i even called and asked for compensation and the owner said “c’est pas un restaurant, on peut pas te remboursser apres que tu aies manger” who runs this place!!??

Everytime I want to get my hair done I come here! I've never been to a better hair stylist in my life! They don't just go right in into doing the hair style they first check see if it suits you and explains how they'll do it. I REALLY recommend coming here it's really great. I've been coming here for the past 4 years and I LOVE it.

when i got to the salon the stylist informed me that they didn't have enough time to wash and blow dry my hair. i was excited to get the full salon experience. i ended up paying 55$ for a 12 minute DRY hair cut and a bad experience. my friend got her hair washed, cut AND blowdried for 10$ less. they did not inform me that i would have a “level 5” stylist and i had to pay EXTRA for a bad haircut. informing your customers of these types of details is crucial for the customers experience with your company. not cool. WONT be back ever.
