Jessica from Chez Miaou was wonderful with my two cats. She saw them twice a day. She sent me updates and pictures during each visit. She managed to get my Persian cat to come out and be with her. She’s usually shy and scared. Very few people she would trust. But she liked and trusted Jessica who managed to clean her eyes and brush her. She took care of them the way I wanted them to be cared for and more. She played with them and made sure they ate and brushed. She was creative in getting them to play and comfortable. Jessica went above and beyond in her care of my two cats for 10 days. She spent a lot of time daily searching for my shy cat and brought awesome toys to entertain my energetic one. She gave me daily updates with pics and videos and was just generally so awesome !! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and kind.

Jessica is an incredible human and a kind, detail-oriented animal professional. She is actually a specialized veterinary technician, having the highest rank of veterinary nursing called a VTS (veterinary technician specialist) in canine and feline medicine. The closest you can get to becoming a veterinarian without being a doctor. I can not imagine a better, more knowledgeable person taking care of my pets. All of my animals love her, even my cranky cat. She was pet-sitting my old dog with spinal cancer when he suddenly lost the ability to walk. She kept him comfortable and reduced his stress by sling walking him and calming him down/feeding him treats while I rushed home to say my final goodbyes. I can not express enough how safe I felt knowing a veterinary professional like Jessica was there with my aging pup, along with my 6 other animals at home.
