Stepping foot into the office, it is clear that this place is leaps and bounds ahead of other co-working spaces. It's without question that Industrious truly does prioritize hospitality with a friendly office management staff who have foster a fun, yet unique, environment specific to this location, a comprehensive food and beverage program that I have yet to see be replicated by competitors, a fantastic location, and an overall strong sense of community amongst members.
Took up a few offices in this location for two of my businesses. I enjoy the location (proximity to clients and relationships in Center City); the size and gravitas of the space, and the well stocked office amenities including food, beverage, and supplies. This is a seamless place to work with a lot of the "office manager" details handled for you. Friendly staff and an incubator for lead generation with the myriad of businesses in the space.
I was at Industrious for 2 years and it was a great move! Our community manager was Ariel and she was terrific as well as well as supportive with anything we needed. It was my 1st office when I went on my own and there were many supporting entrepreneurs and the atmosphere was energizing! The morning snacks were a plus!
