Horrible horrible service! Avoid at all costs. My ac went out I called them paid the road fee. When the tech came out he said and I quite “I’m not trying to cheat you”, which he was absolutely never accused of in the first place. He continued to say that I needed to change out parts that would run me about $1000. Then said if I’d like to speak with someone else about it they’d be calling me later. Later was that night and this guy says, “I’m not trying to cheat you” but you should change out the whole panel and it’ll run you about $5000! Well, I have a friend who is HVAC certified who bought the part for $300. I tried putting it on myself but ended up calling Fotenot’s Ac repair. They came out the same day for a road fee and said all I needed to do was tighten it up. He tightened it for free. NO CHARGE! Of course I tipped him anyway! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS!
Rick at Air Force One was Great! He was on time, professional. and knowledgeable. I felt like he did only what was necessary and he made me comfortable with his explanations and suggestions of options for the future ( I have relatively old units). This was welcome as I have recently left a "home warranty" company that seemed to consistently provide only partial to no coverage on any matter that arose. I am very satisfied with this company and they will certainly get my business in the future.
Juan is an exceptionally knowledgeable, through, and outgoing tech. He arrived on time and was wearing a mask and stood several feet away from me. I liked that a lot. He took his time checking everything out, looking at an issue with the heat I thought was broken (door on heater ajar-easy fix) and doing all sorts of tests on a/c in back yard. He reported no issues and that every thing was in fine working order. He didn't try any kind of sales pitch like the previous tech that came to my house. That guy was so pushy (didn't wear a mask and talked to me while squatting down on the floor at my knee level and never making eye contact). Thanks to Juan I will continue to use Air Force One as I have for many, many years. After my last experience I was going to go with another company. AF1 has gone through too many changes and the last 2 or 3 techs really didn't impress me that much. I set this appointment because I had prepaid. I will request Juan again in 6 months. Air Force 1 should be happy to have Juan representing their company and working for them. I am glad to be able to post a positive feedback as opposed to the many complaints and negative posts I had in the past.
