Very strange interaction today just like someone else in the reviews stated. I called yesterday afternoon at 2 pm to schedule an appointment for medical clearance needed for a potential employer and also mentioned setting up a PCP since we are new to the area. I spoke with Brittany over the phone who said she could schedule me today for 10:30 am, perfect. She was super sweet, bubbly and helpful over the phone… but today was a different story. Yikes. I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and immediately can feel the tension from the reception desk despite there not being a single other patient there. I walk up to the reception and the lady says “Hi” I say “Hi” Cue awkward long silence before the lady finally asks me what I am there for. I state I have an appointment scheduled for 10:30 am for medical clearance. Cue the confused and “are you an alien” looks from lady sitting at desk and guy standing behind her who I believe is named Brandon (based off of other reviews I’ve seen of this place 🥴) I can tell they seem to be “very confused” so I explain how I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Brittany to schedule my appointment. To which the lady responds “It wasn’t me who you spoke with” Took me a second before I realized.. *drumroll please * This is Brittany :O Not sure why the insinuation that I was lying, I’ve never been here before so how would I possibly know your name if I’ve never spoken with you? 🤨 Complete opposite attitude from the day before, she looked miserable and like she was coming down from something… I finally ask if there is a problem because I am 1 second away from walking out, to which guy behind desk responds “I’ll let you know” and gives me this horribly creepy smirk. Yikes x2. So after a seemingly long awkward time of them not so quietly discussing in the back if they are able to do medical clearances 🤨 They both finally come back around and hand me a paper to fill out that looks like a 4 year old typed up. I fill it out, hand it back to Brittany and she then says “That’ll be $50” I very reluctantly pay. Not once did they ask for my insurance or ID which I see in their website is a requirement for every visit. Yikes x3. I sit down in the waiting room, guy behind desk comes out and leads me to a room, says” Idk why they make you guys do these” I sit in room and wait. Allison comes to do my medical clearance, who I will say was very nice. I’m concerned however with the fact that my weight was not taken, no blood pressure check, no heart beat check, nothing. Literally nothing was done. This place is malpractice and just wants your money. Please look at the negative reviews here. There was also a bowl of dog food and water behind the door that was behind the reception desk. Yikes x4. 🥴
This is my go to clicnic so far. Rhey have the best schedule. Everytine i go, they treat ne with respect and dignity. And i get the help i need. Flexible hours, no appointment needed!
Very strange interaction. When I filled out the paperwork there was nothing on family history or allergies. Then when i was seen, they didn't take my weight or my height. I told them my symptoms and they did a take home COVID test on me. They also took notes on a sticky note pad of my symptoms instead of actual documention/ computer system. Dr. Said he was going to give me antibiotics, but never told me which one. Said that the pharmacy would call to say it was ready, which they never did because they never called it in. When I asked for a doctor's note they didn't ask me about the days that needed covered. Dr only told me to get rest. Huge waste of time. Will never come back.
