Review for F2.Technology: I am sharing my experience with F2.Technology to inform others before trusting their valuable devices to this company. Unfortunately, my entire interaction with them was marked by poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional service. I initially took my gaming laptop to F2.Technology due to a screen issue. What followed was a long series of disappointments: 1. Lack of Communication: After handing in my laptop, I had to follow up multiple times myself just to get any feedback. No one contacted me to provide updates or explain the delay. When I finally called, I was told that the screen part was unavailable, but they could fix it manually. I agreed—but this was already a major red flag. 2. No Notification on Completion: Once the repair was done, they didn’t even call to inform me. Again, I had to take the initiative to find out whether it was ready. 3. Incomplete Service: I had clearly requested a full maintenance of the laptop in addition to the screen repair. However, when I received it back, it was obvious that no proper maintenance had been done. 4. Missing and Replaced Accessories: I gave my laptop with my original Black Amazon push jacket. It was returned with a completely different one, and my original was missing—with no explanation whatsoever. 5. Delivery Confusion and Miscommunication: I was told my laptop was with the courier. I waited an entire day and nothing arrived. I contacted the courier—they said the package had been returned to the sender. I called the company again—they claimed they would resend it. This game of excuses went on for days. 6. Final Frustration: When I finally received my laptop, it was still not fully repaired, and the jacket was still missing. After all that time and effort, I ended up with a damaged device and incomplete service. 7. Ignored Private Inquiries: Before writing this public review, I tried to reach out through inbox to ask for clarity and give them a chance to respond. They completely ignored me no feedback, no apology, nothing. This was the final confirmation of how little they value their customers. This entire experience with F2.Technology has been horrible. They lack transparency, accountability, and professionalism. I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. I do not recommend F2.Technology to anyone looking for reliable or respectful technical support. Customers deserve clear communication, honest service, and care for their property none of which I received here.
