I have been working with Becky MacDonald since my first ever car purchase years ago. She guided me from the very beginning, going above and beyond to be supportive as an advisor. She is professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She was always quick and efficient with whatever request I sent her way. I was hoping to have her manage my second car insurance but unfortunately she has moved offices. She has set the gold standard for this role.

Our family has been with this insurance company for 35years! During that period I have received excellent service from all three of my insurance advisors. After Frank and later Larry had retired, Becky MacDonald became my advisor. Becky has been fantastic to deal with on every aspect of home and auto insurance. We are a family of 4 and there are always changes to our needs. For the past 15 years Becky has provided fantastic advice and guidance. She works hard to provide the best coverage at the best price! We have sadly been informed that Becky will no longer be our agent due to her moving offices and we are no longer located within her territory. With an open mind, we will give the new agent an opportunity to carry on the tradition of great service......but they will have high standards to uphold.
