Alton Dental sets the bar for compassionate, patient-centered care! I want to especially recognize Brittney, the office manager at Alton Dental in Burlington (off Dundas). She sets the tone for the whole office with her warmth, kindness, and focus on making patients feel cared for. I have always been terrified of dentists, especially the sound of drills and the whole vibe of such an office. A few months ago, an old filling had been replaced but it didn't hold properly, and an x-ray during regular teeth cleaning last week showed a gap in the new filling that could cause decay. I was anxious and upset because this had never happened to me before in decades of dental care. When I brought my concern to Brittney, she immediately listened and responded with genuine understanding. I explained that I had already paid for the earlier visit and was dreading the thought of going through the whole ordeal again! She readily agreed to have the filling redone at no cost and suggested I see the dentist who specializes in working with children, someone especially sensitive to patients who struggle with dental fear. That was the best advice. The filling was redone, and to my relief it was surprisingly manageable this time, even though I still shook a lot and almost passed out. I also want to mention Lawal, the dental assistant, who was so sweet. She even held my hand during the shot, which meant the world to me in that moment. What makes Alton Dental truly special is the leadership of Brittney. An office manager of true caliber leads by example, and the entire team follows her lead. The kindness, professionalism, and patient-centered care you feel in every part of the office reflect the standard she sets. For that reason, and many more, I highly recommend Alton Dental.

I had an emergency tonight where half of my veneer broke off … no one would take me I urgently called everywhere in my surrounding area as I was embarrassed and scared to have to go in public tomorrow I really needed help. The admin was so kind and said she would help me even if I wouldn’t make it before close. After this they got me in immediately and started helping me right away . The assistant Anjali and Dr.Ade treated me with so much compassion and care, even though they had to stay late to help me they could have said no or rushed the job but they took their time and cared about the outcome for me. They were able to make me laugh after I had cried for two hours straight. Call me vain but I care about losing my front tooth and they treated me with so much empathy and consideration even if I sounded stupid for crying about this. Dr. Ade not only fixed it but completely matched my tooth to a veneer (very hard to do) and made it look like nothing ever happened. The team at this office is incredible and I would recommend to anyone. I have never been treated this amazing at a dental office in my life ! Thank you all again ! I’m so grateful.

New patient here as of last Saturday and I was blown away by how friendly all of the staff are! You’re greeted by kind receptionists who make you feel welcome right from the start. Sabrina, my hygienist was amazing! She did a great job, and talked me through everything she was doing during the first cleaning. I only briefly met the dentist but he was also very kind and accommodating. I am so pleased with how it went, especially after coming from an office that was no where near as efficient and welcoming. I feel so happy I made the move, thank you!
