Tasha CantyMandy the receptionist is absolutely terrible!!! Although Dr.Jansen is amazing and I love having her as a doctor her receptionist is a terrible reflection of her practice. She Constantly calls back other family members to make my appointment. It has been months since I have been able to talk to Dr. Jansen And because of that I keep Re hurting a pre-existing injury. I’ve called Mandy several times and she always says that Dr. Jansen will get back to me another day. It is going on three months and I don’t want to switch family doctor she’s left me no choice. Mandy is one of the rudest receptionist I have ever come across and I don’t can’t understand why a person as kind as Dr. Jansen would want someone like that as a greeter to her practice. I’ve heard from several people that they have had bad experiences with her. She’s hung up the phone on me because I’m frustrated with her disorganization and lack of communication. The fact that I can’t make an appointment to see my family doctor let alone given a time as to when she’ll came be back is terrible.
klly smthI dread calling reception to talk to the 1 younger woman. She is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a medical office. You can stand right in front of her and say "Hello how are ya," and you won't even get a breath of a reaction. Try and have a conversation on the phone? She makes you feel like you are irritating her while you're trying to inquire about referrals or otherwise.
