» Customer Experiences:
The environment was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they treated us with great care and respect. It’s not always easy to find a place that caters well to both adults and children, but FMTC exceeded our expectations. My husband, daughter and I received excellent massage in all appointment we had. We’ll definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality, family-friendly massage therapy! -Jessica Rous Forelo
Cranial Sacral massage with Erin was very relaxing and a unique approach that improved a number of symptoms that I experience. Osteo with Jaime has been wonderful for a variety of issues as well. Recommend both!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences at Fonthill Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Clinic, I feel compelled to speak up so others can be aware. While I was pregnant, I clearly filled out the appropriate health forms indicating my condition. Despite this, my massage therapist repeatedly forgot I was pregnant, and the room was not set up accordingly. This meant each time we had to stop, adjust the setup, and cut into my actual appointment time — a small detail, but one that added up and made me feel overlooked as a patient. Additionally, after seeing one massage therapist consistently, I showed up to an appointment to find that I had been assigned someone else — with no notice or explanation. It was an unsettling surprise, and given how personal massage therapy is, a simple heads-up would have gone a long way. One of the more uncomfortable moments occurred during a massage when we were chatting about my upcoming wedding. I mentioned that it wouldn't be in a religious setting, even though I was raised Catholic. The therapist repeatedly insisted that I was “still Catholic,” just “not practicing.” I tried to politely move on, but the point was brought up multiple times — which felt intrusive, dismissive of my beliefs, and frankly, inappropriate in a professional healthcare setting. The final straw came during my last appointment. I had recently updated my insurance and wasn’t sure if I owed anything after the session. At the front desk, I specifically asked, "Is there anything else you need from me?" and was told, "You're good to go." I thanked them and left — only to receive an angry, accusatory email days later stating that I had “stormed out” without paying… for an $11 balance. I was genuinely shocked by the tone. I had made an effort to check, and the situation could’ve been resolved with a simple, respectful follow-up — not a hostile message that made me feel like I had done something wrong. Between the repeated oversights, poor communication, inappropriate comments, and the overall unprofessional atmosphere, I’ve decided not to return. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and starts prioritizing respectful, attentive care — because patients deserve better.
