I was represented by a lawyer here a while ago and things were ok. I called them back on a separate matter and no one called me back. I moved on and thought nothing of it until I need legal advice on another issue and oddly enough the same thing. I’m not sure what the issue is. I keep leaving messages with the admin and no one bothers to call me back. Very disappointing. I ended up taking my business elsewhere — And as you all can see from their reply, customer service lacking (responds in French to an English comment) Follow-up: I’ve taken my business elsewhere, so I will not be reaching out and I’ll advise my network to do the same should they want real help. If I was calling this place for the last few weeks I’d understand the reply, but I’ve been reaching out for over 6 months.
