I started out as a bride on a mission. I had picked out the perfect venue, the perfect dress, the first song... then I realized that I am also a bride with a full time job and next to no free time. I discovered that had no clue how to go about coordinating caterers and photographers, finding the perfect florists, arranging entertainment, setting up decor (something that was made particularly difficult due to the restrictions that arose for holding our wedding at a zoo), or any of the million other things that go into planning a wedding. That’s when I called Mariah. She took my scattered plans and dreams and turned them into a dazzling reality. I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or stress-free day. She and her husband Bill from Burkett Entertainment did a fantastic job of making sure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could relax and focus on enjoying our big day with our friends and family!

Mariah was AMAZING. Truly made our wedding day. It was organized and smooth and so much better than I could have imagined. She was knowledgable, professional, fun and kind. We had other vendors fail to complete the tasks they promised, but we did not even truly notice until the next day because Mariah stepped in and did all that she could throughout the entire day to make sure it went as we hoped. She did every single task we needed of her and so much more. I would 100% use her over and over again!

Mariah was exactly who I needed to execute our wedding day to make our vision a reality. I had booked my vendors very early on by myself, but after attending a few weddings in the summer leading up to our wedding, I knew I just needed help with all the details required to make the big day come together. The weeks leading up to the wedding, my mom was ill and I was at the hospital every day- Mariah was so kind and compassionate during that time; when I asked her to take care of something or shared something I was concerned about, she instantly put my mind at ease and without hesitating, said she would take care of it and would come up with a solution. Need Chick-fil-a ordered and picked up on your wedding day? Mariah's got it. Need coffee cleaned from your wedding dress train after someone left their iced coffee in the middle of the aisle as you and your husband are exiting your ceremony? Don't worry, Mariah is ON IT! So grateful for Mariah's calming presence and her help with making our wedding day run so smoothly.

We worked with Mariah this weekend for my best friends wedding and did not have the best experience. We didn’t feel like she was very helpful and was constantly asking the bride and groom questions that they didn’t need to be bothered with. She did not come very prepared and many of the guests ended up helping with tasks that she should have been on top of. We had a list of tasks that we wanted her to help with that she made excuses for not doing even though they were very simple tasks. I saw her in the line for food before some of the guest tables had been dismissed to get their meals. She was hired as a day of coordinator so she may be more helpful as a full on wedding planner however we did not have the best experience.
