Non rispettano tempistiche e orari e pretendono il pagamento del saldo altrimenti non vengono a montare e se c’è qualche problema sono affari tuoi. Nel mio caso per montare una mini veranda (1mt X 1mt) ci hanno impiegato un giorno intero anziché mezza giornata perché un telaio è arrivato sbagliato. Quando ho chiamato la titolare facendo presente che per un loro errore avrei dovuto tenere chiusa la mia attività anche al pomeriggio mi è stato detto addirittura di ritenermi fortunato del fatto che sarebbero tornati a finire il lavoro il giorno stesso anziché un altro. Ma nonostante il disagio che mi hanno creato non hanno fatto nulla per venirmi incontro. Credo che i Clienti non vadano trattati in questo modo se non si vogliono scontentare e ovviamente perdere.
