Event Dynamics elevated our venue space to the next level and we couldn't have been happier! We found Event Dynamics through our venue, Mt. Washington Mill - Dye House, they often work with them to add lighting and drapes to the space. I was always impressed with how prompt Bobby was with answering my emails and because he works with the Dye House so frequently he was very knowledgeable about my options, pricing, and what was available for the space. I decided to add a disco ball installation to my dance floor within the last month of planning and Bobby was quickly able to give me a quote and make my vision come to life with my florist. We were so happy with the way everything turned out and the drapes, disco balls, and cafe lights elevated my vision and brought it all together!
We worked with Bobby at Event Dynamics for our April wedding at The Cloisters Castle, and he was a consummate professional every step of the way. He was very familiar with our venue and had a working relationship with our coordinator already, so communication was smooth, even when we requested that they put up bunting alongside the lighting after we'd already paid our deposit. He also made sure to stay flexible when it looked like it might rain and we had to make a decision on the day of the rehearsal whether to set up inside or outside. The lighting and bunting looked gorgeous in the end! I highly recommend working with Event Dynamics to take your wedding lighting to the next level.
I worked with Bobby to rent cafe lights and drapery for my May wedding. He was incredibly responsive, providing updated quotes and advice on what would work best in the event space (which he was very familiar with). Event Dynamics quickly and seamlessly removed the draping during cocktail hour for our room flip. The cafe lights were a beautiful addition to the space. It was exactly what we’d hoped for!
