I had a very disappointing experience with Jeremy. He repaired my radiator but left a line disconnected, which caused coolant to drain out over time and coat the underside of my car. This wasn’t caught or addressed, and he never checked the radiator fluid level or proactively offered to clean the underside of the vehicle, despite the obvious mess and risk. After multiple follow-ups, he eventually agreed to power wash the bottom of the car but never called me back to actually do it. When I followed up again months later, the interaction became confrontational. He repeatedly demanded “What do you want?” instead of trying to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the original mistake. When I came by in person to discuss it calmly, he focused on scolding me for pulling my car up near the garage, calling it disrespectful, rather than addressing the unresolved problem. The entire interaction felt defensive and hostile, with no interest in making things right. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled. In my case, the work was incomplete and the follow-through and customer service were poor. I would not recommend this shop based on the lack of accountability and the confrontational way the situation was handled.:: in response to his response:: I fell sorry for anyone in Jeremy's life - he is obviously a practiced narccisist. It’s fascinating how every interaction somehow becomes a referendum on your authority rather than the original issue. A disconnected detail becomes a personal attack. A follow-up becomes a threat. Accountability becomes persecution. What’s especially impressive is the ability to center yourself so completely that even unfinished work transforms into a story about how difficult everyone else is. The facts become optional. Tone becomes the crime. Resolution becomes conditional on deference. I admire the efficiency of it, really. No matter the situation, you’re simultaneously the victim, the expert, and the final judge of intent. That takes practice. Anyway, I hope the next customer arrives with exactly the right posture, timing, facial expression, emotional register, and level of reverence required to unlock basic follow-through. It seems exhausting to maintain otherwise. Edit (Added Dec 30, 2025): The response pattern I encountered follows what’s commonly referred to as DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender). When the unresolved repair issue was raised, responsibility was denied, the focus shifted to attacking my demeanor and timing, and the narrative flipped to portray the shop as the aggrieved party. The substantive issue was consistently displaced by arguments about perception rather than resolution. For the record, the leak originated at the transmission line fitting where it interfaces with the radiator. Regardless of whether it’s described as “loose” or “disconnected,” fluid leaked over time and coated the underside of the vehicle. At no point during or after the repair was the radiator fluid level proactively checked or monitored, despite visible leakage. In July, I was told the underside would require a proper pressure wash and that I would be contacted to complete it. That follow-through did not happen. Months later, when I reached out specifically to close out the unfinished cleanup, the interaction again became defensive and adversarial rather than corrective. I’m leaving this so future customers understand how post-repair issues are handled when accountability is required, not just when everything goes smoothly. Further more, Jeremy COMPLETELY LIED on several occasions. So don't believe anything he says.
