Windows were left perfectly clean....as were the few special request items I needed help with after booking the original appointment. Mike is always personable, accommodating and respectful....something we seniors appreciate, especially when we are unable to do certain tasks for ourselves. No job seems too big or too small, and we appreciate knowing we have an "extra hand" to help us stay in our own home longer. His team is also well trained and do a great job!

We hired this company to clean windows at my mom’s home last month. I can’t say anything negative about the quality of work. I assumed my elderly mother took care of the bill. I went on vacation and was out of the country for 12 days. Yesterday, I received a text (the first) letting me know we still owed money. I was planning on paying it today after confirming with my mother that she didn’t already pay it. And then at noon today, I received a very angry call from the company (someone named “Mike”) who called me cheap and started angrily threatening me. I immediately paid the invoice but am shocked at the unprofessionalism that was projected at me. This voice message was within one day of receiving the text. One day. They claim they’ve been trying to get hold of me via email (clearly they had the wrong email) but they’d never actually spoken to me or even sent a text until yesterday. Anyway, I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’ve never been called a cheapskate and been threatened like this so I’m just a little shocked at the moment and felt it was necessary to leave this review.

Mike was extremely quick to respond a book a service for window cleaning. It was the best professional cleaning job that we have had hands down at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
