The vegan food here was the best I had on the island. Everything on the menu is vegetarian or vegan, and all the vegetarian items can be made vegan. The flavors were absolutely delicious in the tofu breakfast burrito and the Reuben bowl. The kombucha was delicious and refreshing. There was live music at the outdoor seating which was a nice accompaniment to our food and conversation. There are also prepared food items that can be purchased to go. The owner was so kind and welcoming. Really enjoyed our meal here!

I am obsessed with this place!!! Came to visit Charlottetown for the week and came back here multiple times. Tried a few flavours of the kombucha they had on tap, ordered the vegan brunch bowl which was to die for! So fresh! The way they marinade the tempeh is so delicious too and the scrambled tofu and all the fresh organic vegetables just made my soul so happy!!! I picked up a few items to go as well that they had in their fridge (hummus, pesto, etc). Would also highly recommend trying the black garlic!

I came here for Sunday brunch with a vegetarian and a vegan. Everything was delicious! The breakfast bowl was chock full of veggies. Loved the strawberry basil and the elderberry kombucha. I have issues with additives in some vegan and gluten-free foods (gums, corn syrup, maltodextrin), so it's great that I can eat here without any side effects.
