Hands down some of the worst "service" I’ve ever experienced. I walked in during a slow time—four employees behind the counter, and not a single one greeted me. I stood at the clearly marked “Order Here” area while they talked among themselves, completely ignoring me. Finally, one of them casually said, “We don’t have a cashier here, you’ll have to use the kiosk.” Really? Four people standing around and not one of them could take my order? I explained that I had a specialty coupon that needed to be rung up at the counter. Judging by their reactions, you’d think I asked them to dig a ditch. One employee reluctantly came over—earbud in, attitude on full display—and processed the order like it was the biggest inconvenience of her day. I don’t know if a manager was absent or just doesn’t care, but the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable and unprofessional. It felt like no one wanted to be there—and they definitely didn’t want me there either. If you’re going to order from here, do yourself a favor, order online and pick it up. Avoid dealing with the staff entirely
I have been coming to this firehouse for years and it’s always been amazing. They put the new kiosks in and want you to place your order we come in for lunch and there’s six of us and the girl tells us we have to use the kiosk. She’s busy and it will be a while before she can get to the register. The only problem is the three people in front of us. Don’t know how to work the kiosk so it takes him 25 minutes to figure out how to make a sandwich on the kiosk we do not have enough time for lunch to wait on this new system. The girl was rude and we just leave and go next-door to the catch you’re gonna have to do better. I’m not coming back.
Manager needs a crash course in professionalism. You are busy i get it you would think the manager would be happy to be busy. But this one i don't think so I had put in a big order and she rudely tells me we'll it's gonna be atleast 15mins which is and was perfectly fine but when I said this would be just fine she rolls her eyes and says I cant be here anymore she wants to go home because she cant take the pressure of a busy sat afternoon. Staff your store better. As im sitting here waiting for my order they are turning customers away not wanting to serve them because there " busy" I spend well over 100 dollars every visit this is completely unacceptable. If this is gonna be the case moving forward im sure Jimmy johns and or jersey Mike's could use some steady regular business may start going there instead of here
