Great experience, Purchases my car electronically due to work, purchased the car out right. Great deal. everything was smooth, even negotiations were very upfront and len, great customer service, very quick. They have a great selection of cars at great prices. Harold Salazar was my salesman and I honestly cannot complain, he was very respectful, took my matters into account and he proceeded to take the proper measures to make the buying process smoothly, regardless of the fact that I’m sure he was busy with other customers.
I had previously left a good review but after my treatment following the purchase of my car I have to take back everything I said. The service department is so rude and unorganized it is unbelievable. I bought my car all cash and the dealership offered to throw in a service. I made arrangements to come get my service done and the lady at the front desk told me it doesn’t need it… at this point it was a waste of my time and gas because this dealership is a 35 minute drive. While I was there I spoke to the sales manager because they didn’t tell me the trunk was damaged and it fell on my head, also a front camera which wasn’t working. He seemed annoyed but told me they could fix it so I go back to the service and they tell me someone will take a look and that I can leave it and come back after they inspect it. I never got a call on when to go back so after an hour or so I return. Now they tell me I have to leave the car so we planned to bring it next Friday morning and have it ready by Saturday evening. The girl told me they had fixed the camera and when I get in the car the first thing I see is that the camera was not fixed. The time comes and I make arrangements once again to drop off the car. The girl at the front tells me I will get a call at the end of the day to update me and of course I got no call. I call myself and I get in contact with a man, after I explain I never got a call he rudely said I don’t know when she is gonna call my shift ends at 5pm and the only way I can guarantee she calls is if I find her and give her the phone and I have to leave now. After this it was impossible to communicate with anyone. I would call the dealership and they would transfer me and no one picks up at service. At this point it is Saturday and still no information. I had to contact the person who sold me the car (who has been the only helpful person) and he told Lester from service to call me. They called the wrong number after I clarified twice the number to contact to the girl in the office. Then when he calls me he is rude and not helpful. He tells me they need to order a part and when I ask what is the time estimate he says I don’t know. I tell him I can’t wait that wasn’t what I was told and I need to get the car. He was quick to cut me off and hang up. Today, I go get my car since nothing was done. There was a mix up with where the car keys were and the employees were telling me different things. I finally get the car home, it is dirty, full of bird poop, and my PAINT GOT SCRATCHES it didn’t have before and I have images of the car from when I first bought it. Not to mention my first time going there was another guy there talking to the lady in the front desk about how they keep telling him different days and how he keeps coming back and his car is not ready. That should have been my sign to never leave my car there. There is no communication, urgency, or respect for you or your car even after being a full paying customer. I would have even paid for the service if they told me they couldn’t cover to fix the issues. I cannot recommend this place at all.
