I went in to get my camera repaired, and the entire experience was frustrating and confusing. They originally quoted me $300 but offered a discount to $220. Shortly after the repair, my phone's screen went completely black, and the camera stopped working. When I returned, they claimed the issue was with my phone, not the camera, and offered to “fix” it for another $180 with only a 50/50 chance of success. They also tried to sell me a new phone at a “good price.” I didn’t trust this and went to Apple instead. The repair shop had told me Apple would charge $800–900 for a fix, but this was completely false. Apple replaced the camera for just $280 within 1 hour, and my phone now works perfectly—no issues, no error messages, and no blurriness. The only issue was the camera which was put in. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund me if I returned the old camera part. However, they had already thrown away my original camera, so Apple had to take the replacement camera that was in my phone. I then saw on their screen that the camera part itself only cost them $110, which just made the situation more confusing. Only after I told them I couldn’t return the camera did they offer to refund just the labour cost of $80, instead of the full amount. It felt like they were making up rules as they went, and their explanations kept changing. Overall, the whole experience was dishonest and misleading. The price estimates didn’t add up, they kept changing their terms, and they misled me about Apple’s pricing. If you need a repair, go to Apple or a certified technician—don’t waste your time and money here. I ended up throwing 220$ into the bin.

Sandeep is an absolute legend. Rather than trying to rip me off like another repair shop did, he was honest and only did the repairs that were needed on my phone, and saved me a load of money.. it was about 45% difference between him and the other guy. I appreciate an honest business and will definitely be back if i ever need another repair. Thank you mate
