I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shipping company. My shipment was delivered on a vehicle equipped with a liftgate, but because I didn’t have a forklift at my location, the driver charged me extra just to use the liftgate to unload my items. This felt like an unnecessary and unfair charge, considering the liftgate is part of the delivery vehicle. On top of that, the lack of upfront communication about these additional fees made the situation even worse. If you're looking for transparent and customer-friendly service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company seems more interested in nickel-and-diming customers than providing reliable shipping services. I won't be using them again.
