When I began the plan to buy a home, I initially received referrals for a few local agents via an online service. Of these referrals, it was Marko that personally reached out to me to get to know me better, in order to focus on what i was really looking for. Impressive! Marko provided listings that were really tailored to my wants and needs. He helped me view them remotely using video chat, and offered honest, experienced-based advice on each listing. He would go back to a home to review, and was always responsive by text to answer specific questions I had on listings i was interested in. When I arrived to view the (narrowed down) listings in person, he had a professional portfolio ready for me, and didn't waste a second of my time. Ultimately he helped me find the exact home I was looking for, assisted me with negotiations, and worked seamlessly with my mortgage broker and legal team to secure the purchase. Marko was there all the way from start to finish, handing me the keys when I arrived to take possession. I'd highly recommend him and his team for anyone looking to buy a home.

Our family of five made the big move from BC to AB this summer, and it was a huge change! Marko deserves 100 stars for answering my 100 questions 🙃 This move was a bit daunting for us especially with young kids, and a newborn, but Marko truly was a constant calm. He was extremely responsive, kind & knowledgeable. After exploring the options of acreage, new builds, and many neighbourhoods… he found our dream home in Beaumont 🤍We back onto an open park that gives the feeling of acreage but without the upkeep! While the process could have been really confusing, Mike broke down each step that I could easily follow.
