Our furnace blower went out overnight, I called our HVAC company that does preventative maintenance on the unit ASAP as it was below zero outside, and I then called Guard. The unit was fixed and my warranty reimbursement was submitted and approved before the end of the day! I expect a check from Guard before the credit card statement is even due!!!
