Guard was exceptional in their support and professional assistance for us. Every step of the way through our hot water tank failure they were very helpful. Easily the best customer service experience of my life. Generally these type of companies make a living finding new and creative ways to deny claims or otherwise make it impossible to utilize the policy. This company and its customer service team were responsive, efficient, cooperative, there simply isn’t enough positive adjectives to describe them. I’d usually never provide a review but I’m just so surprised at how seamless the process was. The entire claim was submitted reviewed and approved in a matter of 25 minutes. I’m still in disbelief. I’ll be renewing my policy every year I own my home. Best decision you can make.

Super easy process! Our furnace blower went out overnight, I called our HVAC company that does preventative maintenance on the unit ASAP as it was below zero outside, and I then called Guard. The unit was fixed and my warranty reimbursement was submitted and approved before the end of the day! I expect a check from Guard before the credit card statement is even due!!! Guard has truly been phenomenal to work with and I love that I am able to use my contractors that have worked on my house and appliances in the past!
