I would like to leave a review of working with realtor Hayley Burrell. We were not thinking about buying a house that we could move into right away. We looked at different inexpensive options, but everything we saw required a lot of work and investment. After that, we decided to raise the price a little in search of housing. Hayley quickly arranged viewings at a time convenient for us, but all the options did not suit us for various reasons. And what we really liked is that if she saw that the house had any flaws or problems, she immediately said so. And then "our house" appeared on the market, the realtor coped with her task, quickly arranging a viewing on the very first day. We liked everything: the location, the condition, the neighbors, and, most importantly, the price. We made our offer, and Hayley was able to persuade the seller not to wait long, but to accept our offer. A few hours later, we signed the contract 🤝, after which we conducted an inspection to identify critical points and, in this case, refuse the purchase. But the inspection showed that the house was in excellent condition, and we made a deposit. The transaction was very easy for us, as our realtor very quickly found an expert company, the best lawyer, and she also helped in finding an insurance company. And we did not waste time thanks to our realtor. Hayley Burrell is a very nice, decent and positive person. I definitely recommend Hayley as a professional in her field. So, guys, if you are planning to buy a house, call Hayley, and she will find you the house of your dreams, and the service and assistance from her side will be at the highest level!

Hayley was a joy to work with and good at her job. Between first meeting and us finally being in our new home, she kept in touch through life's hiccups and was helpful and informative along the way. Of course the process is never smooth, but she keeps her cool where it counts and is an great sounding board especially on the time sensitive decisions!
