Great agency. I rarely leave reviews, but Gene and Matt went above and beyond -- credit given where credit is due. We needed a series of short videos produced for content to add to our website and YouTube channel. We had neither the technical know-how, nor the "storyboarding" capability to plan or execute it, however. What made the guys at Grim great was not only their professional video production, but their ability to help work with us to help flesh out our ideas (and bring plenty of their own) after they got to meet us and learn about our company priorities. They kept within budget and delivered really good video content that we can use for years to come. We feel it's definitely led to increased inquiries through our website, since the videos were able to convey our company culture and identity, and it's clearly led to potential customers feeling a lot more comfortable and confident reaching out to us to connect. We were hoping that video would help us increase these types of conversions in our outreach, and Grim made it happen for us. Thanks guys!
