Carolyn StewartAfter hip replacement surgery, CenterWell Home Health sent a Physical Therapist to my home a few times. Kelly Ahlman, Physical Therapist was so instrumental in my proper recovery. She had me doing exercises with & without a resistance band, encouraging me & correcting my angles & form. I need a knee replacement in the near future & I'm hoping Kellly can work with me when that happens. Kelly even took me outside walking on the road I live on!
Andrew SitterUnresponsive, CenterWell accepted the referral for my mother from her rehab. facility then nothing. My understanding is they are required to respond within 48 hours. I called them after 72 hours and was told they would call back. They did not. I called back the next day and was told they were waiting for my mother’s PCP to respond and most likely, with the holidays approaching, they wouldn’t be able to see her for over a week. I have no idea which of what I was told is correct but they know their staffing. Why accept a referral if you know you’re unable to provide the service? (Update) The number in the reply below tells you to call your local office if you are a patient which basically puts me back where I started.
