Not only was the plumbing work exceptional, but Steve is a great guy! We are adding an ensuite with laundry ourselves, with the exception of the plumbing rough-ins and final hookups. Scope of Work: I needed a new hot water tank installed in a difficult location, and repairs to a lake water pump system. Professionalism: Steve MacDonald and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in all areas. Steve identified the issues both with the hot water tank and the water pump system. He then took the time to explain in detail where the problems were, exactly what work needed to be done, what the options were, and the costs for each option. I was able to make an informed decision. He was fully transparent with the costs on the options he suggested. Steve demonstrated in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of water pump systems and how they had been installed. The team came prepared with all possible parts, there was no lost time going to get parts. I now have fast hot water throughout my house, and my water pump system is functioning like new. They demonstrated that clear communication is their top priority: from the immediate reply to my first call to Kelsi, who promptly scheduled the appointment; to the clear communication about when Steve and Ryan would arrive; to the clear explanation of the problems Steve found; and options to repair and parts needed.
