We had a fantastic experience working with the Homoly Team. They were dependable, responsive, and always made us feel like our satisfaction was their top priority throughout the entire process. Wallace, our Superintendent, consistently followed through, ensured things stayed on track, and helped us navigate the build with confidence. What really stood out was his, and our interior designer Kaela’s, ability to find smart ways for us to stretch our dollar, offering suggestions that never compromised on quality or aesthetics. Thanks to the Homoly team’s guidance and attention to detail in both the design and building phase, we ended up with an incredible home that we loved that fit within our budget.

Andy leads the company with honesty and experienced skill while backing his work. Almost 4-years in from end of construction Homoly still repaired minor issues that came up. Rare to find this balance of integrity and talent - great to work with. Recommend.

The overall experience of building with Homoly was a very positive process. All the staff we worked with were very professional and genuinely nice people. The detail cost sharing is very beneficial to keep tabs on your budget. There is full disclosure of where the money is being spent and to whom. The cost plus methodology is very transparent, but can create somewhat of a conflict of interest if you are attempting to manage a tight budget. The selection coordinator role is very beneficial and well worth the investment. Molly and staff are excellent. The key ingredient in the process is the role of the superintendent. Having this detailed, driven member constantly overseeing projects keeps everything on track and issues addressed quickly. I think the dedication to this process in the Homoly process is invaluable. It is also key to have a good working relationship with this member. Wallace is who we worked with through the process and I am sure the project would have been much less successful and less enjoyable without him. The team is very focused on the process and how to improve it along the way. Variations off the standard process will typically need escalation before proceeding. We wished we would have pushed to have senior management involved in the some details subsequent to the sales and cost phases. We love our new house and the quality of the product and service we received from Homoly. The ongoing follow-up and service from the team and superintendent are outstanding.
