Angela from Hoopes Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided coordination for my daughter's wedding. Angela was friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Once I turned all of my vendors and plans over to her, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing. The "day of" she ensured that it was stress free for both me, and the bride & groom. We were in the best hands and did not have to worry about a thing during our ceremony & reception. I would highly recommend Angela, Tonya and Hoopes Events for coordination and/or full planning of your event.

I hired Tonya and Angela for 1 month before the wedding and day of planning/coordination services. My family, husband, and I did most of the wedding planning by ourselves, so when Tonya and Angela kicked in, it felt like help had finally arrived! We were going to be ok! Angela and Tonya were so organized from the very beginning. They collected all of our vendor information and independently reached out to each of them to ensure they were all on the same page. They always made themselves available to me whenever I had any questions or just needed some words of support. On the day of the wedding itself, it was unclear whether the rain was going to move my ceremony indoors, an outcome I was really not happy to entertain. Tonya handled it so smoothly and completely behind the scenes so I could focus on having fun with my friends and getting ready for the day. Fortunately, everything went according to plan thanks to Tonya! During the reception, we were running a little behind schedule and Tonya was super active in asking us how we wanted to use our time. Should we skip this item? Will you be ready for speeches in 10? Go use the bathroom now (lol). But she was never overbearing, allowing my husband and I to enjoy every moment. I'd highly recommend Tonya and Angela to any future bride! They make dreams come true!

We hired Angela and Tonya for one month before the wedding and day of and they made our dreams come true! They seamlessly helped us organize our vendors leading up to the wedding and especially on day of, their expertise shined. Despite impending rain that would have moved us to the indoor back-up location at the Park City Mountain resort, Angela and Tonya made miracles happen. They kept in constant contact with the venue workers to ensure that we would be able to ride the chairlift and alpine slide safely to our dream wedding while setting up all 150 chairs at the outdoor ceremony and indoor secondary location just in case. We are so grateful for all of the day of communication and arrangements. While our bride had some overwhelming emotions due to the stress of rain, our wedding planners were so calm, collected, and positive none of our guests even knew of the chaos that was happening behind the scenes. We cannot recommend Angela and Tonya enough for their work!!! - from an exceptionally happy maid of honor! (9/13/25)

Tonya Hoopes is amazing! She made our visions and dreams come true. Tonya’s appreciated what my daughter desired and she made certain that our elaborate ideas came true. Tonya was instrumental in conducting our rehearsal, making certain the rehearsal dinner was wonderful and then she never stopped on the day of the wedding with keeping everyone on time, making sure the ceremony was perfection and the reception dinner and party were perfect. Because of Tonya and her staff, as the mother of the bride, I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter’s wedding. Tonya is a rock-star!!!! Our wedding had a lot of moving parts and her attention to all of our details was more than we could have asked for. Because of Tonya, I have nothing but great memories of this very special day. Tonya made our wedding weekend pure joy!
