I had the Ceramic Coating (9 Years) done at Humble Crew Auto Spa, and my car now looks like it’s brand new, absolutely stunning and shiny. Even though it was a new purchase, there were a few small scratches that were hard to see, and they fixed all of them perfectly. The staff are very friendly, provide excellent service, and answer any questions you have. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car with them. I definitely plan to come back for regular maintenance, and I’m also considering getting tinting done here. Highly recommend!
I brought my brand new 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser in to Humble Crew for a full ceramic tint and front-end PPF installation. Their communication was prompt from the start and they even wanted to earn my business by price matching a different quote. Jesse and his crew were professional during the whole process. Full transparency: During the initial pickup, Jesse pointed out some obvious imperfections that they didn't like on the hood and asked me that if I was ok with it, then I can take it home. But if I wanted it redone, they'd do it with no hassle. I asked them that if it wasn't too much trouble to redo it, I'd like it redone. So they redid it with no issues and I came by a different day to pick it up. The second installation was much better and there were just 2 tiny bubbles in the PPF and some part of the front hood not all the way covered. At the time, it seemed small and I didn't want to bother the guys to redo it a third time. One window tint also had a myriad of small bubbles but Jesse asked me to let them sit in the sun and they'll disappear, but if not then he'll send someone out to me to get it redone. After a few months, it never fully went away - just gotten smaller. Over the course of time, because of where the film stopped on top of the front of the hood, the PPF was peeling in a corner and dirt was getting trapped underneath it. it became not only noticeable to me, but to my friends and family as well. So I wanted to get it addressed. The day I decided to reach out to get the window tint and PPF redone was coincidentally the day my car was broken into at work. That day, I reached out by text but there was no response for the next week. Then, I decided to call and Jesse answered. He said he didn't see the text and asked me to text him again and this time with photos of the front PPF peel and that he'll get me squared away whether it's to trim the lifted parts or redo the PPF. I provided him what he asked for as soon as we got off the phone but I did not get a response back. I then tried following up again by texting him on August 29th. Still no answer. Overall, I appreciate the service that I received before and during the installation. However, I also wholeheartedly believe that aftersales support is just as important to keep a customer for life, especially when it's advertised that their products come with extensive warranties (when applicable). After 3 separate attempts to contact the crew were ignored/forgotten, it felt like I was being pushed off in favor of their higher paying clients whose cars were posted on social media during the time I was trying to get support. Instead, I would have appreciated some communication to schedule something at a later time even if their schedule was tightly packed.
The team at Humble Crew Auto Spa took care of the water spot challenge I had on my recently purchased 1998 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra. I purchased the car out of Maryland and the photos did not show the level of embedded water spots on the windows that arrived with the car (the listing photos were all taken in full shade outside under trees which did a nice job of hiding those spots). Having no idea how long the water spots had been on the glass (weeks or months?), I tried all of the typical water spot removers and they made little noticeable difference. The Humble Crew team brought out their polishers and special glass polishing compounds and within two hours had the Cobra windows looking new again. Spectacular work on their part! Here are a few before and after photos.
