Great service and recommendations from reception staff. Tatiana was a fabulously patient professional groomer who gently cared for our dramatic and sensitive husky. She returned our 8 year-old Siberian feeling and smelling dry and clean. Our Maddie girl actually tried to follow Tatiana when she left to return to the back room.

Not sure if I would use them again. I asked for updates via any method they preferred during my cat’s two week stay, but I didn’t receive anything. I even called to ask a second time and was assured they would send me a photo of her, but still received nothing. Was also told that they’d have to downgrade her suite during the last few days of her stay, yet charged me for the large suite the whole duration. I believe they moved her to a smaller suite and just didn’t want to refund the difference.

Very nice doggy hotel and groomer. Our dog is not always nice with strangers, but they have been very polite about it every single time we've visited. They will use all the food you provide them with, so don't give extra days worth. The groomer is also very professional and worth the price.
