I had a wonderful experience at Jump Plus in Fredericton. I made several visits while trying to solve issues I had with my new computer and data transfer from my old,-mostly due to my age and computer ignorance. I’m particularly indebted to a young man named Owen who patiently and graciously took me through many steps on several occasions. It’s so great to have a real person to talk to rather than a call centre, - especially one so kind.

As promised, I’m updating my review now that the Apple Assistant service is complete. After a few visits, I finally got my AirPods back, and they’re working great! Big thanks to Jump+ for the excellent service—I highly recommend them as an Apple partner!

The lack of support and communication from the Fredericton Regent Mall location is unreal. The fact that they knew what the issue was with our phone (crack back case) before we dropped it off for service 2.5 weeks ago and still no phone is quite frustrating. After no returned calls, going into store multiple times to inquire with them saying "2 more days" several times I would not recommend this company to anyone.
