Sehr schlechter Händler. Verpackung war ungenügend. Der Packer hat von abschließender Qualitätskontrolle noch nie etwas gehört. Auf eine Reklamation wurde gleichgültig geantwortet. Die Fehler sind dem Unternehmen definitiv bekannt. Werden auch noch toleriert. Anstatt Klebeband wurde Klebepapier verwendet das sich nicht lösen lässt. Auf meine Reklamation hierzu wurde mir geantwortet: "ich soll halt schnell mal drüber schleifen" Ich kann nur von einem Kauf abraten.
Bis jetzt war ich eigentlich immer zufrieden. Aber das war definitiv die letzte Bestellung. Die Klötzchen sind sind zu breit und müssen für mein Projekt abgesägt und abgeschliffen werden. Auf meine Nachfrage ob ich B-Ware bekommen hätte hab ich wie erwartet keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Auf dem Foto sind ein paar Klötzchen. Es gab aber auch noch schlimmere
