Excellent quality, easy and prompt shipping, reasonable prices! I randomly found Everything Kitchens online while searching for a water pitcher that was not ridiculously expensive. And I bought two very sturdy, easy to use and dishwasher friendly pitchers. Of course I found other lovely items and I added drinking glasses and small bowls to my order. All are excellent quality, And all items were carefully packed so that nothing arrived broken, even those twelve glasses. Thanks to all of you folks in Missouri!

From the moment we stepped into the shop, we felt well taken care of. Our journey began online looking for a new mixer as our 20+ mixer was getting tired. We found a few on line here at Everything Kitchen. We watched the videos that are available on 2 that we were definitely interested in. Which helped us make up our mind to find where there might be a shop so we could see it in person. To our surprise, the warehouse & the retail shop is an hour & a half away from our home. The attention to detail and customer service was and is phenomenal. We purchased an Ankstrum mixer that we know will last for many, many years. We also inquired if they had any dough sheeters. Unfortunately, those were out of stock, but we were able to be notified when they come back in. The store is clean, bright, and refreshing. There's so many adorable things from dinnerware to serving dishes well as kitchen utensils and much much more. The bonus we were able to go see our newest little princess great grand daughter too We'll definitely be heading back soon to add to our baking equipment.

This is going to be a lengthy review, but I promise it's worth the read to get a feel for this business and local team. After years of doing manual pour over coffee every single morning we decided to take the plunge on the getting a new automatic setup. Unfortunately after not even 30 days the machine we purchased (fellow aiden coffee pot), went faulty. I called this store and they were extremely swift to get us a replacement. All we had to do was go to the store front, drop the machine off, and got a new one processed to us the next day. I was so impressed with the care and attentiveness this whole team displayed. They genuinely were just as concerned as we were about a faulty product. Fast forward to about 25ish days and this 2nd machine displayed the same faulty error. I called back, talked to Brett, part of the resolution department, and he was SO kind. I wasnt sure what kind of customer service was going to receive when calling a second time to tell them I have yet another faulty machine. No fault of theirs of course. He was tentative, respectful, and helped me- as the customer, find the best way to fix this situation so we all walked away happy. He put in a ticket to process my refund entirely so I could go to the store and pick out a different machine comperable to the expensive Fellow Aiden. I settled on the Moccamaster, which I must add is absolutely fabulous so far. I hated being that customer coming to return an item not once, but twice. However, the Fellow Aiden is brand new to the market in terms of The Coffee World. So issues are to be expected. But this third party retailer handled it like champs. I appreciate everyone I spoke to over the phone and in store while we worked through these unexpected issues the last 60 days. Customer service like this isn't experienced often anymore. They should all feel very proud. I'm certainly impressed. I will recommend this retailer to anyone looking for more high end kitchen products and wanting to stay local and do in store pick up vs online shipping, which they also do from their website if you're not local.

We are finally getting a crop of hickory nuts this year on our land. They have extremely hard shells. I could not even begin to crack them with our Duke pecan nut cracker. It was difficult even with a hammer. I ordered a Roots & Harvest Walnut Cracker from EverythingKitchens.com on Saturday, December 14th, 2024. It shipped quickly. I received it Tuesday. It is bigger and heavier duty than I even expected. It is well built, with aluminum casting, heavy steel components, and has nice heavy rubber feet bolted onto the stainless steel base. I didn't find very many nutcrackers of this style on the market with the metal base rather than wood. EverythingKitchens had the best price for it. It cracks our hickory nuts as easily as my Duke nut cracker cracks pecans.
