I recently placed an order through Lee Distributors' website, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. After placing the order, no one contacted me regarding payment details. Despite multiple emails to the sales team and customer service, including specific contacts like Ben Pam, and Erica, I received no response. I also attempted to call the company, but the receptionist was incredibly rude and hung up on me without even listening to my concerns. I strongly urge the company owner to take a closer look at what’s happening within the business. The lack of communication and poor customer service is driving customers away. It’s disappointing to see a company with such potential be mismanaged so poorly.

Travel&Taste

Lee distributors is a disgrace, they can't even deal with the minimum customer service, receptionist hangs up like as if I'm calling her home phone if i was her boss I'd fire her. I placed my first order on 25th July and I didn't get my order in 3 weeks so I cancelled the order and placed a new order on the 19th of August, and received an order acknowledgement but emailed them back to resend a new invoice with the updated billing address which I updated on my account before placing the second order, but until as of yet they have not resolved the issue just a simple edit is needed on the invoice with the correct billing address... this has made me go through HELL the last 4 days calling them and emailing with no positive response, I mean what the hell is going on, what's wrong with this company.... why accept opening accounts if you can't keep up with the business, I've lost hope in this company, I did find some good products but the people in the company lack basic customer service, 1 star doesn't do any justice to this company.

Zombie Horde

Stopped by to see the “showroom” they said they had online — does not exist. The owner/manager/whatever was so rude, didn’t even turn around to talk to me, was dismissive, and plainly didn’t care if I gave him business or not. The workers were all very nice as I passed through the warehouse, but unfortunately this doesn’t make up for the treatment I received. I didn’t even bother to call him out on it — as I’ve learned it won’t matter in the long run. Don’t bother with this place.

I worked at this place for almost a year as a driver, most of the employees in the warehouse are underpaid and overworked...alot of orders I did were done under the table 1 order in particular I would go to regularly was to liberty NY at a Jewish community,I covered the tri state area as well as the 5 boroughs mind you I got the lion share of stops amongst 2 other drivers and they both got paid more than me.the customer service rep Erica is very rude to customers and unprofessional to say the least i can go on and on but leaving the company was the best decision I made as far as employment goes...if you're reading this i can assure you if nothing else do not work here unless you're desperate with limited employment options they do not care about your well being , safety and your service to the company....
