We had their product installed on our roof, only to find it was leaking less then 8 years in. In addition, they installed flashing at an improper angle around our chimney that caused extreme water damage to the brick. When we contacted them about the issues, it took almost 6 months to get them to come see what was happening. In the end they do not stand by their guarantee. Poor work quality and arrogant attitude when we asked them to fix the issues. We are removing their product next week and replacing with regular shingles. It is costing 3x a regular roofing job due to the addition damage. We also need to rebuild the brick on our chimney out of pocket. Consumer beware!

Bought a house with a permanent roof installed. Found out it was leaking after having lived there for 4 years. Called company. They eventually came out to try to fix it. It has been 3 years since initial contact and roof is still leaking. Contacted company owner who did not respond. After 4 months of calling, owner finally answered. He was extremely unprofessional and arrogant, laughing in my face and saying the warranty is no longer valid, though it's the initial default they already tried to fix that is still leaking. I will pay another company to fix the leak to avoid dealing with owner again.

Great team. Very professional and cordial. Mr. Plamondon is a very knowledgeable person and was able to quickly gage resolution to a problem i had. I would gladly refer them..very satisfied with the work and product
