I absolutely LOVE this store and all of the items I've purchased from them! I cannot say enough great things about Little Black Heart! The selection is ALWAYS amazing, prices are affordable for all budgets, and the customer service is fantastic! It's incredibly apparent how much the owner values quality items and her customers. I was told by Liz the owner upon purchase if I found any defects on any of the items that she would process a full refund. I was extremely hesitant to purchase but she was extremely pushy and even informed me infront of my husband giving me her WORD that if the two cardigans I purchased continued to shed or have rolled up lint she would provide a full refund. I called about 5 days after having purchased the items to let her know the cardigan I wore out was defective and did not want to risk wearing the other out as I was afraid it would defect as well. I talked to Nicklene her mother-in-law who informed me Liz was out of town and that she would process a full refund when she got back this Tuesday or Wednesday. Liz made the excuse that I was past the 10 days which was inly because I had to wait for her to get back into town. I came in today only for Liz to lie to her employee Brianna (who was very sweet) that she could only refund the cheaper of the two items I got and give me a store credit for the more expensive item. Sizes are limited and I spent an hour trying to buy something from a store that doesn't even carry my size hence while being pregnant. I do not recommend doing business with Liz. The quality of the clothing at her boutique is horrible for the high prices she sets them to. I will not be returning, will tell friends and family likewise. I have no respect for liars and those who go back on their word.
Was not provided full information pertaining to the return policy. Could not return a gift that was too big and they did not have smaller size. I had even stated when I purchased that I was worried about the size and I may need to return. Also asked about the store hours to do so after Christmas. They only thing said was maybe the recipient of the gift could come in to store and find something different. Explained she was from out of state and leaving early the day after Christmas. The sales associate never mentioned that it could only be returned for store credit. She did not lie but did not fully disclose either. Only worried about making the sale. It’s a cute boutique but she should have been listening to the customer and what my concerns were.
