J'y au cru moi aussi à ce beau salon "nature et zenitude"...et puis, j'ai croisé la patronne ( concentrée sur son téléphone, pas un bonjour, même pas un salut discret ou un sourire ) j'ai eu à faire à une employée qui a oublié de terminer un tour d'oreille.......heureusement pour moi,Aurélie a toujours été là, disponible attentive, professionnelle, souriante - tout le contraire de l'atmosphère ambiante.....son absence se fait cruellement sentir ; le salon est vide, triste, et ouvert seulement 3 jours par semaine......ce n'est vraiment pas une bonne image - quoi qu'il en soit je n'y retournerai pas.
Bonsoir, Très déçu de ce salon de coiffure "hair look" à Thézan les Béziers.C'était la première fois que je venais me faire coiffer..J'avais demandé sur planity une coupe+couleur+Brushing.La coiffeuse m'a fait payé 77 euros alors que je pensais payer 68 euros(elle ne m'a pas coupé les cheveux, juste fait une couleur).Bref pas grave à partir du moment que je suis contente de ce qu'on m'a fait tant pis.Seulement qu'en sortant de ce salon, je me suis apperçu que la coiffeuse m'a laissé de la teinture dans les oreilles et m'a bousillé le col de ma belle chemise écru de grande marque.Je vais évidemment en informer la patronne.
22 euros pour une coupe enfant sans shampoing qui a duré 3 min. J'appelle ça du vol.
