Good experience and professional. We purchased all new appliances for our renovated Kitchen and timing was a factor. There was a misunderstanding between parties in regard to delivery date, and the staff at Macdonalds Furniture stepped up immediately and made arrangements to have our Fridge delivered while the contractor was still on site. Great service from a great company, they live up to the standards they have set over the years. Greatly appreciated.

Bought multiple pieces of furniture and used the delivery service too. The experience from beginning to end was smooth! The young sales lady was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Within 48 hours our furniture was delivered and the two delivery men were exceptionally helpful - even moved our old furniture to new locations in our house. We highly recommend Macdonald’s for their well-priced furniture, and superb service!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I decided to purchase an appliance from MacDonalds furniture and appliances. The worst customer service I have ever received. I initially ordered a Bosch Convection wall overnight/convection microwave from Home Depot. They were supposed to deliver so we removed our old appliances, only to discover that the item had not been received a would not be delivered anytime soon. So I started shopping, I contacted McDonald’s furniture and gave Kayleen the model number that I was looking for HBL8753UC. Kayleen looked into it and advised that she did not have that model number but she did have a HBL87M53UC, I asked me what the difference was and she said that she didn’t really see a difference, I advised that as long as it was a convection oven/ microwave/convection oven combination it would be fine, she said it was. I told her I would get back to her. I called back the next day and asked to speak to Kayleen, she was not there so I spoke to Nancy I confirmed with Nancy over the phone that it was a convection oven and a microwave/convection oven combination. She advised that it was so I ordered and paid for it over the phone. The appliances were delivered 2 days later and installed. When I got home I looked at the installation and noticed that it wasn’t a microwave/convection but just a microwave. I called MacDonalds and spoke to Nancy over the phone and she advised that she would get in touch with the manufacturers and call me back. That was a Saturday, I never heard back from her. That was May 17. I called back the store on May 20th Nancy was not available so I asked to speak to the manager, Heather came to the phone and started questioning me as to whether or not I looked at the product on the web site. I told her I glanced at it but I had depended on her qualified sales people to guide me and that they both had assured me that I was getting to product that I wanted. Heather then advised me that if they were going to do anything it would involve a 25% restocking charge on the wrong item that they delivered. She said she would look into it further and call me back. It has been almost a week and still not word on what they will do for me. I am still waiting for a return phone call. Terrible service.
